Richard Blake is the Executive Chef for Laurelwood Public House & Brewery’s two Portland, Oregon pub locations. Laurelwood’s extensive kids’ menu, selected by Blake, is a key element to the pubs’ award winning family friendly atmosphere. Blake lives in Battle Ground, Washington with his wife, Angela, and four of their six children.
