National Night Out (NNO) is coming up! NNO lets people shut down local streets to get outside and celebrate their neighborhoods together. A huge part of NNO is also working to connect local public safety officers with their community members.
Below are just a few neighborhood block parties. If you want to find what’s happening in your neighborhood, check out Portland Parks and Recreation’s National Night Out page. NNO parties can take place between Friday, August 2 and Sunday, August 11.
SE PDX

It’s a day when people hold parties to strengthen community cohesiveness and crime resistance, and get to know their neighbors and their local public safety officials.
