Need to do some holiday shopping? Portland is teeming with local craftpersons, artists and makers of all sorts selling their wares this holiday season. We’ve put together this guide to help you pick out one of kind, locally made gifts for your friends and family.

28th Annual Holiday Food & Gift Festival
This festival is one of the largest holiday celebrations in the Northwest drawing some 15,000 attendees annually who happily complete their holiday shopping early. With over 300 exhibitors the festival will provide shoppers with one-of-a-kind gifts that cannot be found anywhere else. Featuring art, crafts, jewelry, clothing, wood, music, photography, toys, Christmas décor, and much more makes this a gift buyer’s delight. There is a large gourmet food area where you can sample and purchase a wide range of food items including tea, chocolates, pasta, soups, dips, meats, coffee, jams, shortbread, chili, sauces and many more delights!
When: November 10-12, Friday and Saturday 10 am-6 pm and Sunday, 10 am-5 pm

Brookwood Holiday Bazaar
Please join us at the Brookwood Elementary Holiday Bazaar. We have ~85 vendor tables of fun and exciting items. We have handmade items, direct sales consultants, and food! Free parking and admission.

Vancouver Farmers Market Holiday Market
Vancouver Farmers Market will provide its annual Holiday Market at the Hilton Hotel on Thanksgiving Weekend.
When: Friday, November 24, 4 pm-8 pm; Saturdya, November 25, 9 am-5 pm and Sunday, November 26, 10 am-4 pm

Little Boxes
A city-wide shopping event and prize raffle on Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and Sunday. For the three days after Thanksgiving welcome the holiday season by discovering the quality and variety of the indie and local shopping scene and enter to win tons of amazing prizes.

Handmade NW, OHSU Center for Developmental Health: Holiday Bazaar!
In its tenth year, this event takes place at the beautiful OHSU Center for Health & Healing Atrium in the South Waterfront District. The two-day event rotates artisans from each day, offering shoppers unique items throughout.

America’s Largest Christmas Bazaar
A holiday tradition for over 35 years, the Christmas Bazaar takes place over two three day weekends at the Portland Expo Center. The show features 500 booths of juried handcrafted items and the people who made them PLUS 400 booths of interesting, select commercial products, all ready for you to discover for your holiday shopping. Santa is on site in the show’s Christmas Village, ready for your wish lists. Photos available or you can take your own!
When: November 24-26 and December 1-3. Fridays and Saturdays 10 am-6 pm and Sundays 10 am-5 pm.

Give Good Gift
The seventh annual Give Good Gift features a stellar lineup of housewares, clothing, vintage, apothecary, and kiddo gifts, including Bridge & Burn, Jacobsen Salt, MadeHere PDX, Parachute Home, Snow Peak, Juniper Ridge, and Cargo. Free, open to the public, and complete with food carts, a festive bar, and a Santa photo booth, this is a great way to spend a day gearing up for the holidays!
When: Friday, December 1, 5 pm-10 pm and Saturday, December 2, 10 am-3 pm

5th Annual Oregon Buddhist Temple Craft Fair
You’ll be delighted by a wonderful variety of handmade items offered at affordable prices by local artists. From beautiful paintings to fine laser-cut ornaments to kids’ crafts, there is something for everyone at this well-attended fair. There will also be tasty lunch offerings, including for the first time, a Hawaiian plate lunch and gourmet desserts! Plenty of room for kids to run around and be safe! This warm, welcoming environment will add to your holiday enjoyment.

Winter Faire
The Winter Faire is a magical event for the children ages 3 to 13 in the greater Portland area. Cedarwood parents transform the classrooms and hallways into a wintry, whimsical forest. Grown-ups can buy holiday gifts from any one of the dozens of local artisans in our marketplace. The Cedarwood cafe will be serving a hearty lunch for the whole family. There will also be coffee, cider and baked goods.Admission is FREE and includes stories told by King and Queen Winter, as well as guest Storyteller Will Hornyak, entry to the petting zoo provided by Heart to Heart Farms, and access to our incredible Artisan Marketplace and Strong Foods Cafe. Additional activities, listed below, can be accessed with tickets.

Peace Craft Fair
Join a variety of local vendors, selling all kinds of crafts at a variety of prices to fit everyone’s budget. Find the perfect holiday gift and something for yourself too! Entry is free, parking is free, and there will be free hot apply cider to warm you up as you shop.

The Garden Home Recreation Center 33rd Annual Holiday Bazaar
Join us at Garden Home for our 33rd annual Holiday Bazaar! Enjoy shopping from more than 100 local art and craft vendors, plus live entertainment, holiday music, a pancake breakfast and more! Event includes: Breakfast with Holiday Show, Breakfast with all-you-can-eat pancakes, Photos with Santa, Beer and wine tasting, and Shopping.

Annual Lewis Holiday Bazaar 2017

German Holiday Market
In 2017, the city will again partner with the German International School to host the annual German Holiday Market from 10 am-9 pm at the City Park parking lot. Traditionally held at the German International School, the market brings the traditions of a European winter holiday including German food, crafts, live music, wine and beer tastings and more!

Chanukah Pop-up shop in NE PDX
Everything Jewish & Chabad Center for Jewish Life have partnered to bring a Chanukah pop-up Shop to the Eastside! No need to shlep across the river for all your Chanukah needs this year! Full selection including Menorahs, Chocolate gelt, Candles and Chanukah decorations will be available at the Chanukah shop

Portland Artisan Festival
Portland Saturday Market and Pioneer Courthouse Square have teamed up to create a holiday event for the whole family with forty artists. Experience the ultimate gift shopping adventure . The best of American arts & crafts in the heart of PDX.

The Portland Bazaar
The Portland Bazaar is back for its 7th year! Come enjoy local food trucks, wintery cocktails and all the holiday shopping your little heart desires (or can handle) from 40+ Portland makers.

Mercy Corps NW Presents Fourth Annual Holiday Night Market
This shopping event supports Portland area businesses that have received support from Mercy Corps Northwest and will be showcasing 50 of those small business clients. The event is free and open to all ages. Holiday shopping with Mercy Corps Northwest: shop local, support local, thrive local.

Mark your calendars because on Saturday and Sunday, December 10th + 11th Crafty Wonderland will fill a 60,000 sq. ft. hall at the Oregon Convention Center with over 250 of the best and brightest handmade vendors from the NW and beyond! As usual, the event will be free and open to the public all day Saturday and Sunday!
