This February, there’s a different kind of film fest in town. For the second year, the Portland Kids’ Film Festival is coming to town. The festival showcases collections of animated and live-action shorts. Some collections are appropriate for kids as young as two, while others will appeal more to the tween set. (Age recommendations are clearly specified on the festival’s website.)
